FAQs
01
What file type should I upload?
Vector artwork works best in EPS, PDF or AI format. This allows scaling without losing sharpness. Transparent PNG files also work well depending on resolution.
Recommended: 300 DPI
Minimum: 150 DPI
These should be based on final print size, logos can still become blurry or pixelated if enlarged beyond their original size.
02
What is the difference between a gang sheet designer and file upload?
You can use our gang sheet designer to add multiple logos onto a 1 metre sheet.
If you have already completed a gang sheet on your own software please use the file upload option instead.
03
Does my artwork need a transparent background?
If you do not want a background printed, your artwork must have a transparent background.
We do not amend customer artwork, and your file will be printed as supplied. please check your artwork carefully before placing your order.
04
RGB or CMYK Artwork?
We recommend supplying artwork in RGB for the best possible colour range. Our print software will convert your artwork appropriately for our DTF printing process. Converting artwork to CMYK before uploading can reduce the range of bright and vibrant colours available, particularly with our expanded 9-colour printing system.
For improved Pantone and wider colour coverage we recommend ordering our 9 colour option.

05
Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. Your order goes through three checks during production.
The first check is carried out by the operator when your artwork is loaded into the print queue. This helps us determine the appropriate choke settings and helps prevent small text or fine details from being missed.
A second check is carried out to look for issues such as banding, curing or peeling problems.
The final check takes place before your order is packaged.
Please note that these are production checks and do not replace the customer's responsibility to ensure artwork, spelling, sizing and layout are correct before ordering.
06
How much space should I leave between designs?
The space between each design gives you room to cut around the transfers with scissors.
We recommend leaving at least 5mm minimum between designs. If you have enough space to leave a larger gap, this can make cutting easier.
07
What is the maximum sheet size?
Our gang sheets are supplied at 570 x 1000mm
08
Are gang sheets supplied cut or uncut?
All gang sheets are supplied and shipped uncut.
We can cut individual logos or designs if required. Please get in touch with us for a quote.
